We are a gathering of people from Erie and Crawford counties who are concerned that the US war on terrorism has become a permanent global war. We are committed to education and action to stop this "War on Terrorism." We want to stop the escalation and spread of such war and to work for true justice and peace.

Monday, September 20th
Exhibit Opening: Featuring local artist, Steve Mik. Come tonight or all week to see Steve's new work: “Weapons Into Objects for Peace.”

Tuesday, September 21st (International Day Of Peace)
12:00pm--“A Million Minutes For Peace.” Join us at the coffeeshop or take a minute wherever you are to join others around the world.(http://www.amillionminutesforpeace.org)/

1:00pm-- "Veterans for Peace," With Sandy Kelson speaking, member of local chapter of Veterans for Peace. Listen to the voice of someone whose been there.

6:00pm-- "Sing for Change," Local choral group brings a message in a song for peace, justice, and social change. Listen and join in! Find on Facebook.

Wednesday, September 22nd
"Remember Our Troops"- Come see the Afghan ribbon display in memory of those serving who have lost their lives in Afghanistan.

6:00pm-- OPEN MIC. NIGHT for Peace. Come share your story, song, or rap!

Thursday, September 23rd
6:00pm-- "On The Ground In Palestine." Come and learn more about what's going on with Elisabeth Southorn who just returned from Palestine.


Friday, September 24th
1:00pm-- Sonya Arrington, with Mother's Against Teen Violence, will share their vision for peace in Erie. M.A.T.V. was founded by Sonya Arrington after the untimely death of her son Steve Arrington, whom was taken by teen violence. Her vision of trying to stop teen violence in her community.

12:00pm-- "Drum Circle for Peace." Join us in the parking lot for a day of drumming with our neighbors!
